SPECIAL MEETING

SPECIAL MEETING
Wednesday, February 3, 2010 – 4:00 p.m.
Sevastopol Town Hall 
4528 Hwy 57 (Institute), Sturgeon Bay WI

Call to Order:
Chairman Leo W. Zipperer called the meeting to order at 4:00
pm.						
Adopt Agenda:
Motion by Girman and second by Tice to adopt the agenda, as noticed. 
Motion carried.

Establish Quorum/Roll Call:
Roll call was taken with Chairman and Supervisors John Staveness, Tom
Girman and Chuck Tice present; Supervisor Dan Woelfel having been
excused.

Adjourn to Closed Session:
Motion by Tice and second by Staveness to adjourn to closed session,
as provided by Sec. 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of negotiations with regard to Independent Inspections, Ltd. building
inspections contract.  Roll call vote:  Zipperer-aye, Girman-aye,
Staveness-aye, Tice-aye.  Motion carried, unanimously. Adjourned to
closed session at 4:05 p.m.

Return to Open Session:
Motion by Staveness and second by Tice to return to open session. 
Motion carried, unanimously. Returned to open session at 5:15 p.m.

Recommendation Resulting from Closed Session:
Motion by Girman and second by Tice that the Board review the existing
contractual relationship with Independent Inspections, Ltd., in light
of the fact that the primary inspector for the Town of Sevastopol has
been re-assigned.  Motion carried, unanimously.

Adjourn:
Motion by Girman and second by Staveness to adjourn.  Motion carried
and meeting adjourned at 
5:17 p.m.
