SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Thursday, November 30, 2006 – 5:00 p.m.
Meeting Room, Modular Building at Sevastopol Schools
4550 STH 57, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin

Call to Order:
Chairman Leo W. Zipperer called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance:  Chairman asked all to rise and join in the
Pledge of Allegiance.

Establish Quorum/Roll Call:
Roll call was taken.  Chairman Leo Zipperer, Supervisors Chuck Tice,
Dan Woelfel, John Staveness and Tom Girman, along with Clerk/Treasurer
Linda Wait were in attendance. 

Also In Attendance:
Shirley Scalish, Laddie Chapman, Frank Keller and Advocate
correspondent Paige Funkhauser.

Resolutions:
No. 13-2006 TB “Establish Tax Rate 2006.”  The matter had been tabled
from November 27, 2006.  After reviewing levy limitations as imposed
by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and the adoption of the tax
levy of $515,699 at the Special Meeting of electors held on November
27, 2006, motion by Woelfel and seconded by Tice to approve Resolution
No. 13-2006 TB that the tax (mil) rate in support of such levy and
budget be established at $.7523 for the year 2006 (to be paid in
2007).  Motion carried unanimously. 

Adjourn:
Motion by Woelfel and seconded by Staveness to adjourn.  Motion
carried unanimously.  Adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
