SPECIAL MEETING

SPECIAL MEETING
Town of Sevastopol
Tuesday, September 13, 2005
(held in Town Meeting Room, Modular Building at Sevastopol Schools)

Call to Order:
Chairman Leo Zipperer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Presentation of Agenda/Properly Noticed:
Chairman Zipperer confirmed that the Special Meeting was properly
noticed.

Establish Quorum:
To establish a quorum, roll call was taken.   Present were Chairman
Leo Zipperer, Supervisors Tom Girman, John Staveness and Dan Woelfel,
and Clerk/Treasurer Linda Wait.  Supervisor Schley was excused.  

Original Alcohol Beverage License Application:
The completed Original Alcohol Beverage License Application of
McClellan Holdings, LLC, by Mark B. McClellan, Agent, was properly and
timely submitted to the Clerk and notice of the application was
published, as required, in the Door County Advocate on September 8,
2005.  Background check, assignment of seller’s permit and license to
do business in the State of Wisconsin was confirmed by the Clerk.  It
is the intention of McClellan Holdings, LLC, to acquire and conduct
business as the “Hitching Post” at 4849 County T/Whitefish Bay Road. 
The most recent information provided to the Clerk indicates a closing
date of September 15, 2005.  This establishment currently holds a
Class B combination license issued to Hugh L. Daubner.  Motion by
Staveness and seconded by Girman to approve the original alcohol
beverage license application of McClellan Holdings, LLC, to become
effective on date of closing (September 15, 2005) and contingent upon
the surrender of the license currently held by Hugh L. Daubner. 
Motion carried.

Adjournment:
Motion by Woelfel and seconded by Girman to adjourn.  Motion carried. 
Adjourned at 6:10 p.m. p.m.
