MINUTES of ROAD INSPECTION TOUR
Town of Sevastopol
Friday, May 21, 2004

Call to Order:
The meeting for the Road Inspection Tour was called to order by
Chairman Zipperer on Friday, May 21, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the
Sevastopol Town Hall.  Supervisors Girman,  Staveness, Woelfel  were
present, along with Clerk/Treasurer Wait.

Review Inventory Data/Determine Roads to be Included on Tour:
Zipperer briefly explained the rating system for paved and graveled
surfaces.  The PASER On/At Rating Spreadsheet prepared in fall 2003
was reviewed and several corrections need to be made. 

Departed Town Hall at 12:48 p.m. for road inspection.

Roads/Repairs/Maintenance and 2004 Work Identified:
Chairman and Supervisors returned to Town Office at 5:14 p.m. and
identified the following:
  Wedge & Pave:
     County View from P to Whitefish Bay (1.0 mile)
     Moeller Drive from Bark to Whitefish Bay (.16 miles)
     Ploor Road from Dunn to Haberli (1.00 miles)
     Whitefish Bay from Hitching Post/Glidden Drive
            to Bark Road (.2 miles)
     Brauer Road from Forest to Cty Trunk T, Forest
            to Haberli (2.02 miles)
     Trillium Lane from Reynolds to termini (.52 miles)
     Townline Road  from Nelson to Loritz (.38 miles)
     Martin Road (1.5 miles)
  Crack Filling:
     West Shore Drive
     Nelson Lane from T to WD
     Country View from 57 to Haberli
  Patch:
     Mathey at Whitefish Bay (Petersilka corner)
     Bluff Court at Old OR/Bluff Drive
     Martin at curve
     Erdmann at West Shore - reset culvert
     Old Highway Road "Culver's shoulder"
  Signage:
     Staveness will follow up on a sign inventory and
     those areas where signage is needed.

Recommendations:
Zipperer to submit the above items to the Door County Highway
Commission for quotes.  Recommendations will be made to Board of
Supervisors at their next regular meeting on Monday, June 21, 2004.

State and Federal Grant Applications:
Not applicable at this time.
