3. Elect Vice Chair and Secretary

4. Status quo discussion

        Update the committee on current barter arrangements
        with Sevastopol Schools for Town Office.

        Town Board discussions on acquiring property,
        designated funds, etc, for Town Hall

5.      Joint meeting with Sevastopol Schools Building
        Committee (Dec 8th at 4:00 P.M.)

6. Adjourn

[NOTE: A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance; however no
formal action will be taken.]

NOTICE

There will be a meeting of the Sevastopol School Building Committee on
Thursday, December 8, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. at Sevastopol School in
Institute. A majority of the Town of Sevastopol Board of Supervisors
and/or ¡§Ad Hoc¡¨ Building & Property Committee may be in attendance;
however, no formal action will be taken.
