The Town of Sevastopol contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc., of Appleton, Wisconsin to provide assessment services. A member of the Associated Appraisal staff will contact you to arrange for an appointment and inspection of your property.
OPEN BOOK is scheduled for Friday, May 31st 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Sevastopol town hall.
BOARD OF REVIEW is scheduled for Monday, June 17th 2013, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the town hall.
The Open Book is an informal process where property owners can meet with the assessor regarding assessments. Depending on the information gathered, the assessor may make an adjustment at that time.
The Board of Review in Sevastopol consists of the Town Board members and an alternate. This is a formal process. If you object to your assessment, you must make your objection in writing.
