The assessor of each municipality determines the assessed value of all real and personal property.  The Town of Sevastopol contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc., of Appleton, Wisconsin to provide assessment services.  For assessment questions, you can call 1-800-721-4157, or you may complete an "Assessment Review Form" Request for Review of Property Assessment.pdfand submit it to our assessor.   A member of the Associated Appraisal staff will contact you to arrange for an appointment and inspection of your property.

OPEN BOOK is scheduled for Friday, May 31st 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Sevastopol town hall.

BOARD OF REVIEW is scheduled for Monday, June 17th 2013, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the town hall.

The Open Book is an informal process where property owners can meet with the assessor regarding assessments.  Depending on the information gathered, the assessor may make an adjustment at that time.
