NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADJOURN

2011 BOARD OF REVIEW

 TO LATER DATE

The Board of Review will meet on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 6:45 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting/Community Room, located at 4528 STH 57 (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, for the purpose of calling the 2011 Board of Review into session during the 30-day period beginning on the 2^nd Monday of May in each year, pursuant to Section 70.47(1) of Wisconsin Statutes.

 Due to the fact the 2011 assessment roll is not complete at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until Monday, June 20, 2011, be held at the above location commencing at 1:00 p.m.

 Pursuant to Section 70.45 of Wisconsin Statutes, it is anticipated that the assessment roll for the year 2011 will be open for examination (Open Book) on Friday, June 3, 2011, at the above location commencing at 10:00 a.m.  Instructional material about the assessment and board of review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.

 Notice is hereby given this 3^rd day of May, 2011.
