June 7, 2007 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PUBLIC MEETING 

All residents and land owners of the 
Town of Sevastopol 
who have a vested interest in the future of our Town.

The Time is Now

You are invited to join your fellow neighbors and local
representatives of the Smart Growth committee in creating the frame
work for mapping out the goals of our community to be included in the
Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Sevastopol.
This is your opportunity to have your say and your ideas incorporated
into the Town’s Smart Growth Plan.  Some things to consider are:
1. How will our plan impact the “feel” of Sevastopol?
2. How will our plan provide for a tax base for our community?
3. How will our plan create job opportunities in our Town?
4. How will our plan impact Sevastopol School?
5. How will our plan protect environmentally sensitive areas?
6. How will our plan affect our population?
7. How will our plan impact our current borders with the City of
Sturgeon Bay?
8. How will our plan provide for affordable housing?
9. How will our plan maintain farming in the community? 

“If there is one thing that Sevastopol land owners need to
participate in thru the entire Smart Growth process, it is this Mid
Course Mapping event” 

Mark your calendars - - bring a friend and join us at
The Mill Supper Club, Thursday, June 7th 6:30pm
Snacks, refreshments and dessert to be served.

[A majority of the Town of Sevastopol Board members may be in
attendance to provide or obtain information; however, no formal
business of the Board of Supervisors will be conducted.]
