NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
January 17, 2011 – 6:00 p.m.
A Public Hearing to discuss the following proposed ordinances for the Town of Sevastopol will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall located at 4528 State Hwy 57 (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
Ordinance No. 02-2010 “Public Nuisance”
Ordinance No. 03-2010 “Regulations on Outside Storage, Unsightly Premises and Hazards”
Ordinance No. 04-2010 “The Keeping of Animals”
Ordinance No. 05-2010 “Control of Dogs”
The public hearing will provide information and allow public comments, concerns and questions on the proposed ordinances and their purpose to regulate for public health and safety reasons certain uses and activities in the Town of Sevastopol.
Copies of the draft ordinances are available for inspection at the Town Hall and can also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofsevastopol.com(use link “Resolutions & Ordinances”). You may also call the Town office to obtain copies.
