Unless noted otherwise, all meetings will be held at the Sevastopol Town Hall at 4528 Hwy 57 in Institute.  The Town office will be closed September 28th to October 5th, as the clerk will be on vacation.  The office will re-open on Wednesday, October 6th.  If you have an urgent matter, please contact Town Chairman Leo Zipperer at 743-6355 or 493-6355.

Tuesday, October 12th - 7:00 pm - League of Women Voters sponsor "Redistricting at the State, County and Local Levels."

Wednesday, October 13th - 6:00 pm - Property Management Committee.  See "Town Board/Committee Agenda" for agenda items.  Draft ordinances are available for your review at the "Ordinances & Resolutions" link to your left.

Thursday, October 14th - 6:00 pm - Budget Work Session.  This informal work session allows your suggestions to be considered by the Board for inclusion in the 2011 Town Budget.  No official action will be taken at this time; however, it is anticipated that a majority of the Board will be in attendance.   A Public Hearing on the proposed 2011 Budget will be held on Monday, November 15, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and will be properly noticed separately.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Town Clerk at 746-1230.

Monday, October 18th - 7:00 pm - Regular Monthly Board of Supervisors' meeting.

Wednesday, October 20th - 6:00 pm - Parks & Recreation Board.

Remember..............Fall election is Tuesday, November 2nd, and ballots should arrive by October 13th.  If you wish to vote absentee, please call the Town office (746-1230) or mail your signed request to the office.  See "Election Information" link for detailed information.
